In this section, I offer an insight into my adventures, an opportunity to share what I have experience. Apart from the photos, there are stories and the words used to tell them. In my journals, my own ships log as such, you will find my secrets, the heart of my being, my thoughts, my suffering and my joys. The journals document all that transpired during my time aboard the “Transat des Alizees” and my polar expedition (Tara Artic 2006-2008).
You shall also discover a few phrases that sometimes without warning come to me from where I do not know. And they amuse me. They are the most frequent questions. These questions reaffirm what I believe to be the most profound part of me, my innermost convictions. My human convictions. If you are not a fisherman, a professional sailor or a scientist, then it is not everyday that you would have the chance to participate in expeditions to far flung places or cross the Atlantic. I, at the moment have a stash on my desk, four thick journals documenting such expeditions.
Which one will I publish next? Probably my journal of my solo Indian adventures. During my Indian adventure I had only my backpack, it’s contents and my wits to rely on.
